Thank you for choosing to stay with us. These Terms of Service outline the conditions related to bookings made through our website. By completing a reservation, you agree to the terms below.

Booking Deposit & Refund Policy

A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation to confirm and secure your selected apartment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

For bookings made less than 90 days before the arrival date, the 50% deposit is still required at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Emergency Exceptions

In the case of serious and unforeseen emergencies (such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances), guests may request a refund or a credit towards a future stay.

Documentation may be required, and such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
