Our staff is comprised of management, maintenance, housekeeping, gardeners and security. The security staff is on duty from 5 pm to 7:30 am every day of the week. Guests are provided the combination to the locked security gates. 24-hour camera surveillance is included.
The property and its eight buildings house the fifteen family-friendly, furnished apartments and are surrounded by lush gardens with a dedicated gardener on staff.

Beautiful Dover Beach
Dover Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Barbados. Take a short walk from any of the apartments to enjoy the bliss of the sun, sand, surf and beach chairs.

Beach Chairs
Beach chairs are provided for all registered guests and can be found adjacent to the beach gate.
Air-Conditioned Bedrooms
Air-Conditioned Bedrooms are a standard at Maresol Barbados Apartments, while most living rooms have a ceiling or stand up fan.
Fully-Equipped Kitchens
Fully-equipped kitchens are available at Maresol Barbados Apartments with a full stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee pot. A BBQ gas grill is available for outdoor cooking.
Garbage Collection
Garbage is collected during housekeeping hours every third day. Alternatively, it can be deposited daily in our garbage bin adjacent to the office building.
High-Speed Wireless Internet & Cable TV
High-Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is free to all in-house guests. Each of our apartments is provided with a Smart TV.
Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping service is provided twice weekly. This is usually done on the third or fourth day of your stay and during subsequent time periods.
Laundry Facilities
Guests wishing to use the washer and dryer should contact the Office for assistance. Self-serve Laundry Facilities are available onsite or contact the office if you wish to conduct offsite services.
Local and Overseas Telephone Calls
Local telephone calls in Barbados are free and all incoming overseas calls can be received without restrictions. For assistance, contact the Maresol office.
